At Sonic Dental, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Here’s our return policy for electrical items like Sonic Pro, Sonic Stream, and Sonic Go:

• Unopened Items: You can return unopened, cellophane-sealed items within 100 days of delivery for a free return.

• Opened & Used Items: If the product has been opened and used, returns are accepted within 30 days. A restocking and reconditioning fee will apply, and the amount will be calculated when you initiate the return.

Sonic Dental Cleaning Tablets Returns

We accept returns of unopened boxes of Sonic Dental Cleaning Tablets within 30 days of delivery. The product must still be in its original packaging, including the cellophane seal.
