<p>Sometimes it can take some consistent cleaning in order to see the best results. Please see the following tips for getting the most out of your Sonic Pro:</p><div data-block="true" data-editor="ddfcj" data-offset-key="ea9nj-0-0" id="isPasted"><div data-offset-key="ea9nj-0-0"><span data-offset-key="ea9nj-0-0"><span data-text="true"><strong>1) &#xA0;</strong></span></span><span data-offset-key="ea9nj-0-1"><span data-text="true"><strong>Every Dental Appliance is different</strong></span></span><span data-offset-key="ea9nj-0-2"><span data-text="true"><strong>.</strong> &#xA0;We have seen them all here! But you need to remember that each guard, aligner or retainer has a different amount of debris and build up and therefore requires a different amount of attention. If your appliance is quite heavily stained and has deeper, set-in grime or calcification it may take a number of weeks, using twice a day on the deeper clean setting. With more consistent use you will see much better results. Please be mindful, there are certain stains that no amount of cleaning will remove - for instance, turmeric is a renowned one for staining your appliance; and once, in the fabric of the material it an be nearly impossible to remove. Likewise, we have seen calcification so heavy that a hammer would be required to remove it! After activating the device, simply tap the button again and it will enter the deep clean mode (the light will turn blue). Ensure that the open side of the appliance is facing down and submerged and that water is in all the nooks and crevices to ensure the ultrasonic cleaning can get to work. So whilst on the face of it your appliance may still look far from pristine, the grime has been removed and bacteria killed.&#xA0;</span></span></div><p><br></p><p>We hope this helps.
