There is 'smoke' coming from my Sonic Pro!Updated 4 months ago

Sometimes when you run a cleaning cycle you may see what look likes smoke coming from the area where the tank meets the lid. It can appear as though the device is experiencing some electrical fault.

Please do not worry. This is not smoke - it is water vapor! 

This is caused when there is water on the lip of the tank and a cleaning cycle is run. The sonic vibrations create this water vapor as it agitates the water between the tank and the lid. 

If there is smoke coming from the plug socket, this is a different issue entirely and you should contact support immediately
