How to operate the Sonic Pro
Simply hold the button the lid for 2-3 seconds. Tap again to enter the 5 minute deep clean mode. The device will auto turn off.

The combination of UVC & Ultrasonic is imperative if you want to dislodge grime AND kill all bacteria, viruses and pathogen.

How long does it take The Sonic Pro to clean?
3 minutes for a standard clean and there is a 5 minute deep clean function too.
How often should I use the Sonic Pro?
It is totally up to you but if you wear an oral mouthpiece daily, we suggest cleaning every day in the Sonic Pro.
Is The Sonic Pro safe to use?
Yes. The Sonic Pro is absolutely safe and conforms with FCC, UKCA and CE regulations.
Can I clean multiple dental appliances at once?
Yes. The Sonic Pro has a 165ml tank capacity meaning 2 oral mouthpieces will fit in the device at one time.
Can I clean my dental appliance with a toothbrush?
No. This will likely damage your dental appliance and we strongly suggest avoiding this cleaning method.
Can I just clean my appliance with just a sterilising tablet?
Whilst sterilizing tablets will kill the bacteria on the surface of your dental appliance, they cannot penetrate any deeper and remove the daily gunk and debris you will find on your appliance.
Will the Sonic Pro damage my dental appliance?
Absolutely not! Ultrasonic technology has been used in dental practices for over 60 years. It is known to be highly effective yet non-abrasive. Our products have been rigorously tested and will not damage your appliance.
Can I use hot water in The Sonic Pro?
No. Hot water can warp a plastic aligner. Please use cool / tepid tap water.
Is this what dentists use?
Yes - essentially. The Sonic Pro uses the same technology as the ultrasonic cleaners and baths you see in dental surgeries and practices to clean their instruments - but we have improved it by adding UVC.

Will the Sonic Pro clean both sides of my Appliance in 1 cycle?
Yes it will - you do not need to turn your aligners, retainers, guards or dentures over.
Can the Sonic Pro clean jewelry?
Yes! It can clean jewelry as well as other household items like, baby items, hard contact lenses and make-up brushes!
Is there an auto-stop function?
Yes - depending which cleaning cycle you have selected (the 3 or 5 minute cycle), the device will automatically turn off once it is complete.
is the buzzing sound normal?
Yes! That strange buzzing sound is perfectly normal. Ultrasonic cleaners do make quite a piercing buzzing sound.
What size is the Sonic Pro?
The device will comfortably fit 2 x Oral Mouthpieces. The tank size is: ø80mm (Circumference) x 45mm（Height）x 85mm (Diameter). Tank capacity: 165ml.
How to clean your Sonic Pro
Simply wipe down the tank / outer shell with a damp cloth and dry. If you need to clean more thoroughly, you can use a neutral cleaning agent.
Can I share my Sonic Pro with my family / partner?
Yes you can, but we strongly recommend changing the water and wiping the device with a damp cloth in between uses with other people.
There is 'smoke' coming from my Sonic Pro!
It's not... it's just water vapor! This can happen when water gets on the edge of the tank and a cleaning cycle is run. There is nothing to worry about!
